Where are Chromika products made?

Our products are handmade in Barcelona, Spain.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, almost certainly. We ship to most countries Worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

You can see a list of common shipping rates here. You can also select your shipping destination at the checkout, and the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain which is inside the EU.

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal and Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

Which currencies can I pay with?

We accept payment in € Euros (EUR) only. Your card issuer might charge you a fee if your card is in a currency other than Euros.

When will I be charged for my order?

The full cost of the order will be charged as soon as it is placed.

Do I pay customs & import charges if I live outside the EU?

Normally, yes. Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Please note: we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at studio@chromika.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped from our premises we will not be able to modify or cancel your order. If you have already received your goods then you may return them in accordance with our Returns Policy.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can contact us at studio@chromika.com for a returns form and return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original shipping and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
